The E-Learning Program, formerly Professional Development Program, develops members personally and professionally through online learning modules and other educational resources.


By navigating to E-Learning on the left navigation, members have access to a series of online courses. The courses are divided into lessons, each with an educational video(s) and corresponding quiz(es) that members may complete to earn credit.


For months where a webinar is not scheduled, SEPA hosts a thirty-minute Google Hangout with a leading industry professional. Hangouts are limited to eight participants, a moderator, and the guest of honor. Participants have the opportunity to “hangout” with the professional and may ask any questions. There is no formal presentation and the session is not recorded. For upcoming Hangouts and to reserve your seat, please refer to the events calendar.

Following a Hangout, participants must complete a survey to earn credit.


SEPA conducts three members’ choice webinars a year in the spring, summer and fall. Webinar topics are determined by member votes. To vote, please navigate to the polls section on your Dashboard. For upcoming webinars, please refer to the events calendar.

Following each webinar, the recording will be posted to the website within one week, along with a corresponding quiz that members may complete to earn credit.
